Schedule: We’ll have two workshop paths for our education day on Friday. Paths include construction and professional development with keynotes from Shannen Stewart and Mitch Savoie Hill.

Hotel: A NAWIC group rate is available @ $249/night for double queen rooms. Rates are available until March 12, 2024. We encourage you to book early to ensure a room! Group rates are also available for those wanting to arrive early/leave later.

Transportation: If you’re flying, you’ll fly to BNA. The hotel is a 15-minute ride from the airport. If traveling by car, there is onsite valet parking for $30/day.

New this year: there are two options for those of your who plan to arrive on Thursday.

• Party Bus – See the Nashville sights on a 2-hour party bus tour! Bus leaves the hotel at 6pm and will return at 8pm. Limited drinks will be provided.
• Dinner at J. Alexanders – We encourage those who don’t want to attend the party bus to join others for dinner. J. Alexanders is a 1-block walk from the hotel. (Menu) You’ll pay for your own check, but you’ll need to RSVP with your registration to reserve a seat!
